1. What is unique about this Residential Flats/Apartments in Chennai ?

2. How is it an exclusive property in Chennai?

Typically, In a 2 acres property about 150-200 apartments can be built. Instead, there are only 76 apartments in this Chennai’s best gated community. Reduced number with international standard amenities makes it best for investment and for living in style.

3. What are the other factors that make it exclusive?
